February is here again and we have put together our guide for Valentine’s Day in Lagos with a plus for the Abuja folks as well. What other way to spend the day with your loved ones and friends if it does not involve food  😉

I had started asking on Twitter what plans were for lovers for Valentine’s day in Lagos as anything that does not involve food is just a boring meeting plis.

We can all agree that February is the best month of the year – argue with your device please (lol). It happens to be my birth month as well so gifts are welcome.

For those who have no idea where to eat for Valentine’s Day in Lagos, we have put together this for you – enjoy

SABOR LAGOS is having a thing for Valentine’s Day in collaboration with Chef Imoteda this year. Last year it was Chef Fregz for a 4-course dinner. This time, it is a 5-course culinary experience with this Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef who is also the founder of Heels in the Kitchen. Guys, I love her food and first found her through this pop up she used to do at Stranger. Would be a perfect spoil if you can make it and this is ₦25,000/per person

BLACK OLIVE x CHEF FREGZ have come together to put together a 4-course dinner menu inclusive of wine for ₦25,000 per head/person as well – Seems everyone is liking this 25k range

LAS GIDI (which is actually a slang for Lagos) has put together a Valentine’s Day Dinner menu as well (14th and 15th February) which looks like a 4-course menu as well with one bottle of Red Wine for ₦27,000 per couple – this looks like an amazing deal for two (2)

CHEF OBEHI. The Chefs are not left out as well. Found out about this Chef when I attended Chef Sia’s fine dining experience in Lagos in December. Chef Obehi has partnered with the Artisan Lounge in Victoria Island, Lagos tagged the Chef  Obehi Fine Dining Experience with a 4-course tasting menu paired with some wine on the 14th of February at 7pm. Again, reservation is required and this is ₦25,000 per person

CHEF STONE’s 50 shades darker is back and this is for the Abuja people with a 7-course dinner menu with some singing from Simi

Guests get flowers on arrival as well as a cocktail reception, photobooth pictures, piano and violing performance as well as a suprise gift box. This goes for ₦100,000 per couple. To reserve, call 0802 596 0002

SHIRO LAGOS have a specially curated 4-course meal menu with a bottle of Martini Rose on the 13th and 14th of February, 2019. This is priced at ₦45,000 per couple (inclusive of Tax) so thats effectively ₦22,500 per head

METISSE also has a special Valentine’s Day menu for ₦35,000 per couple (not bad!) with some live music of romantic songs. This price is also inclusive of taxes

For the Professionals who don’t have time for love, Eko City Guide is having a Valentine’s meet up for Professionals – Cocktail Party (buffet inclusive) at ₦12,000 per person and this will take place at the outdoor sitting area of Pearl Cafe at Eko Atlantic
