If you read our last newsletter, we mentioned how some restaurants in Lagos didn’t deliver a proper dessert. We thought to save you from similar troubles by giving you recommendations on some of the spots we consider the Top 5 ice cream spots in Lagos, this would help you make an excellent choice when next you look to get ice cream as dessert. Who knows? We might do a review on some of our favorite pastry stores, but for now, explore the ice cream land with us.

Scoop’d: We know for a fact that Scoop’d is that Ice Cream spot that would sweep you off your feet, let’s say it would get you “scooped away”.
The customer service is classy, and their ice cream is always giving. For us, Scoop’d is definitely a 3-star.
The outstanding part for us has to be the flavours, you will find a blend of everything there.

Dessert Studio Ogudu: OguduWaffle Monster: This dessert shop is located in Ogudu and has great flavours and also within, a waffle spot called Waffle Monster (read the review).

We will give Waffle Monster a 3-star, it’s a nice ice cream spot worth exploring.

The Place: We tried the ice cream at The Place Lagos. We think it can be better. Yes, they have a number of flavours and toppings, but something is missing. We rate their ice cream a 2-star, hopefully, they get a hold of the magic ingredient and wow us soon.

Coldstone Creamery: This spot seems to be everyone’s best. We give it 4 stars and credit for the diverse interesting flavours. They also have cones that would forever appeal to us, tell us in the comments if this ranks the same for you.

Kinglace Ice Cream: This ice cream spot you’ll likely find at any Burger King Lagos outlet and gets a 3-star from us. Kinglace has outstanding flavours that catch your eyes and your taste bud. We recommend it.
