I had lunch at Burg.co. It was a beautiful, peaceful multi-space restaurant with sophisticated colors and interior. They also have a separate bar space where customers can play snooker, table tennis and watch football. They provide ample parking space within the restaurant compound.

MEAL

Let’s talk about the food, I opted for the Burg OG. The Burg OG consists of smashed beef Pattie, American cheese, chopped bacon, Burg sauce, lettuce, however, there was no bacon in my burger. The burger was decent; the quality was good. The standout feature was the exceptionally soft bread, which elevated the overall experience. But, there’s room for enhancements. It had the foundation of a great burger but could benefit from some additional ingredients or flavor elements to take it to the next level.

My food experience was somewhat underwhelming, earning a modest 5/10. I anticipated more from a classic burger shop known for its quality. While it wasn’t terrible, it failed to impress. It was an okay meal, but I expected more in terms of taste. There’s definitely room for improvement.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE

The overall experience at Burg.co was good, primarily due to their outstanding customer service. From the moment you step inside, they go the extra mile to make you feel special. The wait time was reasonable, just 15 minutes, and my waiter was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive. Additionally, they offer a spacious, serene outdoor setting that also functions as a bar, perfect for those who enjoy watching football, playing table tennis, and snooker.

The ambience is colorful and pleasant, but it’s worth noting that the outdoor atmosphere can get quite hot as they have a zinc roof. The service delivery was exceptional. The waiters were incredibly polite, pleasant, and the waiting time was reasonable.
