We visited Crack Wings for the second time and we are staring to think the first visit was just a luck card. The cozy little spot within the compound of Burg.co boasts a serene and beautiful ambiance. The interior features lovely colors and sets a nice atmosphere. However, it’s worth mentioning although the setting was lovely, we found the customer service to be at the bare minimum.

While we received the necessary assistance, there was a notable lack of friendliness and enthusiasm from the staff. It’s clear that they could do better in this aspect by being a lot more welcoming and attentive to the needs of their customers. Notably, the kitchen shares the same space with the seating area, offering a unique experience where you can watch them prepare your meal if you desire.

MEAL

‘Crack Wings’ is an extension of Burg.co, conveniently located in the same compound. We decided to try the ‘Barbie Wings’ and had high expectations for something with such an enticing name. However, we found that they didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of spiciness. Instead, their interpretation of ‘spicy’ leaned more towards dry spices like onion and garlic powder, resulting in a pungent flavor.

The food was delivered in a reasonable time, with our order arriving in about 15 minutes. It’s good to note that all their wings come with a side of fries. The wings themselves were decent, but not exceptional.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE

While we received the necessary assistance, there was a notable lack of friendliness and enthusiasm from the staff. They could be better in this area.
