Milk is considered essential in your diet, and it could be tiring to keep drinking one type of milk. You might not know, but there are other kinds of milk substitutes with equal health benefits that are worth trying. Here are some milk substitutes that we recommend:
Rice Milk: This milk can be extracted from brown or white rice. It contains a high level of carbohydrates, but it is low in protein. Nevertheless, this milk serves its nutritious benefit and is considered lactose free.
Nut Milk: Nut milk can be gotten from Almonds, Coconut, Groundnuts, etc. Although very healthy, it might trigger reactions in people who are allergic to nuts. Asides from that, it is a great milk alternative to try.
