Minibees is a brand new bakery and café in Lagos, located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The Bakery was initially set up in the UK where they had a strong presence and perfected the art of delicious and gorgeous customised cakes and cupcakes and recently relocated back to Lagos due to family commitments.

Minibees has spent a lot of time in the kitchen exploring countless ingredients (and eaten a lot of cake!) to get the perfect recipes to share with food and dessert lovers in Lagos. Minibees Bakery believes in all natural ingredients that even a 7-year-old child can spell and does not make use of artificial ingredients, preservatives or improvers in any one of their products.

The Bakery and Café is excited to offer some of the best tasting classic cupcakes you have ever tried including old favourites like vanilla, chocolate and red velvet. To keep your tastebuds tingling, there will be an unveiling of a gourmet specialty cupcake every week over the next couple of months, including the famous apple crumble cupcake and the classic blueberry cheescake cupcake! Yum yum!

In order to ensure that all your celebrations, birthdays, baptisms, weddings etc are complete, Minibees will be bringing you fully customised cakes from flavouring, fillings to design and decoration of your cakes. The techniques and recipes are garnered from all over the world and perfected over hundreds of cakes, delivered right to your door, wherever you are in Lagos.

The cafe is comfy and very child friendly and as parents and visitors, you can enjoy free high speed internet access while sipping on a cup of freshly ground coffee made by trained baristas while enjoying delicious pastries such as croissants, pain aux raisins and muffins. Your children are not left out and will be entertained in the children’s play area & reading corner with fun and stimulating toys & books to keep them busy and happy.

Sunday Pizza & Ice Cream Day Out

Its awesome when everyone can join in on the fun on a day out and Minibees Bakery is offering just that by taking all their baking know-how and created what they believe to be the perfect Italian Pizza base which is crispy yet light and delicious!

Now this is coupled with their freshly made tomato marinara and delicious cheddar and mozarella, topped with your favourite classic toppings and you’re good to go. So why not bring your friends and family for the Sunday special of two large pizzas and four (4) scoops of Minibees’ delicious in-house made ice cream (fresh milk and natural flavourings) all for N6,000.

Not in the mood for ice cream? No problem, you can swap it for any of the fabulous desserts; apple pie, muffins or a slice of cheesecake. Minibees can’t wait to see you!
