Shrove Tuesday is usually the day before Ash Wednesday which is the beginning of Lent and somehow somehow got tagged as Pancake Day. I always wondered why this was called so until I read that the English tradition of eating pancakes on Shrove Tuesday came about as a way to use as much milk, fats, and eggs as possible before Ash Wednesday….

Unluckily for me, I was unable to have any pancakes but I drooled over quite a number on Instagram and shared on Twitter and Facebook the IG posts that I absolutely loved on Instagram. Someone threatened to block me on Twitter because the Pancakes were making her feel some type of way X_X
