Watermelon is effective in curing headaches caused by heat. A cup of watermelon juice is enough to heal your summer heat headache.
Dandelion can be used to treat gallbladder and liver-related problems, but it is recommended that you speak with your doctor before consuming this or using it as a form of remedy because your body might react to the usage.
Basil leaves helps with acidity/ulcer treatment; it works as an antacid and helps the body absorb food.
Oils like avocado and coconut oil can be used as skin hydrants if the weather ever gets too dry.
For severe coughs, use garlic juice, honey, and basil leaves. This mixture has proven over the years to be an effective remedy.
Fiber, aloe vera, and flax seeds are used as laxatives; if you ever have a problem passing out faeces, consider eating any of these.
If you love to practice skin care, consider using grated cucumber over your face. It helps with breakouts, blackheads, and acne.
Cloves are also helpful in treating acidity issues; sucking on a piece of clove after a meal aids digestion.
