Hey guys! I am are here again to share an affordable place to eat with people on the mainland. Korede Spaghetti just opened up in Yaba, and of course, I had to go check it out.
MEAL
So, I went all in and got their Suya Rice – Side Chick Combo, and damn, it was not disappointing. I’ve always seen the hype about Korede Spaghetti online but I confirmed it myself that day. The Side Chick Combo comes with basmati stir-fried rice with beef chunks, small sized turkey and either plantain, sausage, or boiled egg. The rice had a nice touch of spiciness, and the beef chunks were so tasty. What is rice without plantain? It came with soft plantain, and oh, the turkey was crunchy and nice.
Now, here’s the scoop – delivery isn’t on the table just yet at this branch. But hey, they’re hustling on getting that sorted. They had different payment options which totally makes sense. You can pay through POS or use cash, and just in case you are using a card that behaves abnormal, there’s a self service payment point where you can generate your order and get an account number for payments via transfer.
My second favorite thing about this place is that you don’t have to wait for several minutes for the meal to get to you. My first favorite is what you already have in mind, their delicious food!
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
My overall experience at Korede Spaghetti was a delightful one. I had an expectation and I’m glad they didn’t fail. They ‘ate’ and the service was on point. I will definitely be stopping by this branch in the near future. If you are around Yaba, trust me, Korede Spaghetti needs to be on your munch list.
