I stopped by at Firewood Jollof in Lekki, this spot claims to have the best Firewood Jollof Rice in Nigeria. Well, I’m here with an update. They have a lovely and cute space. They also have really nice wall designs and paintings that speaks to their claim as being the best firewood jollof in Nigeria. They had a bit of a light situation when I visited so it was really hot. It was resolved in few minutes though.

MEAL
They have varieties such as fried rice, smokey jollof rice, pasta, Turkey, beef, chicken, etc. I had a portion of their Asun Jollof Rice and Spicy Turkey. The portion of rice was actually reasonable and very filling. It had chunks of Asun and was very tasty. It has the proper firewood jollof rice taste. The Turkey on the other hand was really small for that price, it finished it in two bites. However, it was juicy and well seasoned.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE
It was a good experience with very delicious meal actually. It’s hands down one of the best firewood jollof I’ve had in a while. The customer service was good too as they were really attentive.
