Still in the spirit of locating the best Abula Spot in Lagos, I came across Olaoluwa’s Kitchen in Ikeja. I actually got an appetite for the location when when @jbums mentioned it. I have a feeling she might not remember mentioning this spot, but a shout-out to her. I had a feeling this spot would be the bomb immediately I stepped in because they were so orderly. I couldn’t wait to try the food.
MEAL
Again, I knew this was the spot just by taking a look at the arrangement of the space, the customers that were present and the orderly manner which customers were attended to. They offer a variety of dishes like Jollof rice, Porridge, Ofada, but that’s not why we are here. We are here to behold the Abula, let’s do it. The Amala was insanely soft, and the Gbegiri and Ewedu? Tasty and delicious! The protein? Boiled to perfection. I cleared my plate, I absolutely love it here.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
I definitely enjoyed my meal, and this spot is a MUST TRY!. Save this to your FIL recommended Amala spots 👌🏽
