In the spirit of diet and fitness January, we bring good tidings. Your guess is correct; we are here to make sure you have no reason to quit this weight loss journey. We are watching you closely. This is for that person that complained about water being boring; we have come up with ways for you to spice up your water. Let’s get to the hack.
You might have guessed this, yes. Add lime. This water spice-up tip is not new. All you need to do is slice some lime in your water and allow it to sit so the taste can settle in. You should be good to go after a few minutes.
You can spice up your water by adding fresh fruit, like raspberries, strawberries, oranges, etc. You could even add pineapple. These fruits have minerals and anti-toxicants that are perfect for aiding digestion.
You can also add vinegar to your water. This is not for people with health issues like ulcers or on medications with insulin. Adding vinegar to your water helps with weight loss, digestion and accelerates the burning of fat. It’s better to do this in the morning before or during workout. Kindly note, for no reason should you drink only vinegar, it has to be diluted with a lot of water.
You can add life to your water with fruit ice cubes. To do this, you need natural fruit juice, you can either squeeze out the water from your orange or get juice with no preservatives. Take your ice cube box and pour out the juice in bits, let it freeze then add it to your water.
You can also put herbs in your water. You don’t have to look too far to get this done. All you need is a tea bag that you can dip into your bottle. You are good to go.
Let’s get to the spicy part.
You can make some chili pepper water. It is said that chili pepper can help remove toxic waste from the body and aid weight loss process. This water is also effective in eliminating cold and congestion. Would you ever try it?
If any of the suggestions don’t interest you, you can try sparkling or soda water.
This last suggestion is a detour, but we are doing it for the culture . Try Spicy ranch water, an old Californian water blend style where you mix tequila with lime juice, and chili lime seasoning like tajin, add some cucumber, and that’s about all you need to go.
Tell us in the comments which of these you would be sticking to on your weight journey.
