Toast Coffee and Bites by Eko Hotel is an all-day breakfast spot that serves a variety of breakfast options from Nigerian to full English breakfast. The restaurant also serves pizzas, pastries, and salads. The space is great and has a lovely interior.

Toast Coffee and Bites is definitely classy and well lit, just about the perfect space.

BREAKFAST

I ordered the Egg Benedict with crushed Avocado and the wait time was about 20 mins. But I got served an assortment of bread with pesto jam, dried tomatoes, and strawberry jam while I waited. The bread was fresh, and the pesto jam was heavenly. My order was just perfect when it arrived. My eggs were made just the way I like them, which made me glad because it is rare to get people who pay attention to details. The biscuit in my order was cheese crackers in a honeycomb shape. Their service had excellence that couldn’t be overlooked.

DRINK

I had the Caramel Frappe. But I had slight discomfort taking my drink with the paper straw because it got soggy so fast. Asides from that, it was great. I enjoyed the drink. I had a bit of an adventure eating here. I found out the Chef was from Lebanon and had been in Lagos for > 13 years. He gifted me a jar of kiwi and banana jam when I asked for a taster of the flavor. It was definitely worth it.

Overall experience for me is 10/10. Great customer service, amazing staff and satisfying meal.
