A blog guide on how to manage skin conditions with food
You’ve probably figured that regardless of what you do, the world would blame the cause of your pimples and acne on you or groundnut. And if you are like me, you would have spent approximately 365 days x 4 looking for a solution and laughing at the ridiculous medical suggestions that you get from google and the rest of the world. At some point, you would have started giving out your properties and writing the will you don’t have because you had the feeling you have 7 days before your face explodes.
But not to worry, Calvary is here, and I assure you, Calvary was never far. Calvary is your food.
By now, you know your skin is one of the most delicate parts of your body and your face is the first skin people see. Contrary to what people say, foods like groundnut, oil, etc. are not the only cause of pimples, dry skin, acne, etc. But inappropriate consumption of these foods can worsen your skin condition, that’s why it is important to pay attention to what you eat and try eating more of these foods:
Avocados
Avocados are high in healthy fats that help with skin moisturizing, and they produce elements that prevent the skin from aging. You’ve got yourself sunscreen in a fruit. That is why avocados exist as an essential face mask ingredient.
Broccoli
This vegetable works wonders. It is one of the vegetables enriched in Vitamins A and K, super effective for helping scratches or bruises close up. Broccolis works wonders by reducing under-eye darkness. This is the Calvary.
Carrots
Carrots are rich in potassium which helps to hydrate and moisturize your skin and supplies Vitamin A which helps the reconstruction of your tissues. You can literally use grated raw carrots on a wound. You should eat it often. Acne will have nothing on you. Carrots are a natural antiseptic.
Dark Chocolates

Eggs
Eggs are rich in protein that promotes collagen circulation in the skin. You can use egg white to get rid of acne, reduce oiliness and eliminate pores. It is important, however, to manage the consumption of eggs.
