The Cone Cafe (Lekki phase 1)
45B Adebayo Doherty Road, Lekki Phase 1 | Instagram | Phone
If you’re always on the lookout for new brunch spots in Lekki, then Cone Cafe is one place you might want to add to your list. Located in Lekki Phase 1, this newly rebranded cafe is already getting attention for its bright aesthetic and all-day breakfast menu.
The first thing that stands out when you walk into Cone Cafe Lagos is the ambience. The space is cute, clean, and airy, with a strong yellow theme that gives it a cheerful, Instagram-worthy vibe. If the location feels familiar, you’re not imagining it; the space used to house another restaurant (called Ebai) before being transformed into this cafe concept.
What We Ordered
We tried the Toast & Tell, which comes with French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, berries, mascarpone sauce, and Nutella. This dish was easily a highlight; soft, rich, and well-balanced. It’s the kind of meal that hits the sweet spot between indulgent and satisfying, and it was an instant favorite at the table.

Next was the Ham It Up Crepe, a savoury crepe with ham and cheese. The portion size was decent; however, the flavour didn’t quite deliver. It tasted a bit bland, and the choice of cheese could definitely have been better to elevate this.
For drinks, the iced caramel coffee completely stole the show. It was refreshing, smooth, and honestly perfect for the Lagos heat. If you visit, this is one item you shouldn’t skip.
Beyond the food, what truly stood out was the customer service. When the staff noticed that one of the meals wasn’t fully enjoyed, they offered to remake it based on feedback and even applied a discount to the bill. That level of attentiveness is rare and definitely worth mentioning. It’s always refreshing to see a brand that actually listens to its customers.
Another plus? The food came out quickly, so there was no long wait time.
In terms of pricing, the total bill came to ₦55,321 for two people. If you’re going with a friend, you can expect to spend under ₦60k, while a solo visit could cost around ₦20k for a filling meal. As a cute bonus, diners also get a cone keychain souvenir with their receipt.
Overall, Cone Cafe Lagos offers a solid brunch experience with great service, a lovely atmosphere, and a few standout menu items. While not every dish hits perfectly, the overall vibe and customer care make it a spot worth trying.
