This Amala hunt has led me into eating salt and oil. These recommendations are starting to get scary. I visited Emi Oga’s place in Surulere because it had been recommended a few times by a couple of my followers claiming their Amala would beat the rest. I decided to visit; I got there, and their space was neat and small, but the staff wasn’t friendly at all. You would think that would make the food tasty, but no.
MEAL
I was got there very early, they only had two dishes ready at the time and I could only take out, I opted for Amala, gbegiri, ewedu and goat meat. The ewa agoyin stew ruined the whole meal, who serves amala with ewa agoyin stew, please? The oil and salt was just too much. The goat meat was soft, but also very salty. Amala Avengers! What’s going on?
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
I didn’t enjoy the meal, I was so disappointed.
