The Room Café was our all-time best restaurant for 2022; we wonder what restaurant it would be this year. So, for our end-of-the-year team lunch, we went to the room café; it was a delight.

MEAL

STARTERS

We had Teriyaki Wings and Honey Mustard Wings for the starter; it came with bread and syrup. Both wings were rightly seasoned; the starter was just perfect.

We also had Chicken and Surf n Turf chimichurri tacos. The Chicken Taco was great, and we all agreed the chimichurri was heavenly.

MAIN

We tried different things on the menu.

We tried the Room Cu Go Pasta. The Linguine was tasty and had excess tomato sauce with a mix of chicken, sausage slices, and prawns. It was really good.

Macaroni and Cheese with Chicken

It was really tasty. They used rigatoni instead of macaroni; it was cheesy and had a crispy top layer. It also had some spice, the chicken was breaded and super crispy.

The Waffles with butter were great too. The waffles tasted more like they were made with a cake mix. The chicken on it was super crunchy. There were pieces of strawberries and blueberries on the plate.

DRINKS

We had Vanilla and Strawberry Milkshake

Both drinks were chilled and tasted very milky. The ice cream tasted fresh, and the strawberry milkshake had strawberry syrup and sprinkles.

Passion Pearl

This drink was good too. The only thing was that they had run out of dry ice (the one that brings out the smoky effect). Despite the dry ice not being available, the passion pearl is easily the best drink at the Room Café.

DESSERT

Lotus Cheesecake

It was a cheesecake on a lotus biscuit crust topped with lotus crumbs; we loved it. The cheesecake was decadent, and the lotus biscuit crust had the perfect texture.
