Blackbell Restaurant Lekki Lekki Phase 1 seems to be springing up with different spots these days and another has joined the ‘gang’. The restaurant offers Thai, Chinese and Nigerian food and is a combination of fast causal, fine dining, bakery and lounge within the same space.
