Abula Spots in Lagos I know it is 2024, but I’ve got more Amala spots to try. You guys suggested I stop by this popular Amala spot in Ojota and I did just that. The space was very clean and well maintained and the staff were extremely friendly. The Amala was perfectly whipped, smooth, and soft. The gbegiri, ewedu, and stew complemented each other equally, and the beef was incredibly tender. The Abula was a banga! I loved every bit of it. Breadline Café (Ogudu, Lagos) 38A Ogudu Road| Phone | Instagram This might just be the most affordable breakfast spot on the mainland. I checked out Breadline Café because I heard of their breakfast menu. Their space is quite small and lovely. However, it is mostly packed with people because it’s also a work space and WiFi is available. To use the space to work, there’s a fee of ₦2,500 for 6 hours, I think it is quite reasonable. Street Food in Lagos For my first street food, I stopped by Super Suya, also known as Akerele Suya; a budget friendly Suya spot in surulere. Many claim it’s one of the best in town, so trust me to check it out. It’s not the regular table stand type of suya spot and it’s easy to find because it is just by the road side.
