Black and Coopers Restaurant (Lekki 1, Lagos) Victoria Arobieke Street, Lekki 1, | Instagram I decided to visit Blacks and Coopers twice, one week apart, to get a well-rounded experience. The first visit was smoother in terms of service, but the food quality was consistent on both occasions—something I always appreciate.
