Spots to get brunch in Lagos
Brunch is any meal eaten late morning around 11 am past noon like 2 pm; it is simply the combination of breakfast and lunch. It is hard to qualify what food qualifies as brunch, but here is a list of some.
Pancakes, waffles, and eggs: This combination is also known as the happy meal. It is perfect for brunch; the eggs are great nutrients to consume to aid your activities the rest of the day.
Cereals: Cereals fit more as breakfast, but not when you put in some fruits and enough milk in the bowl. Fruits like berries, and bananas, are just perfect vitamins to go with.
Toasts: Toasts are perfect brunch; it could be avocado toast, French toast, or Nigerian-style toasted bread. Medium-toasted bread is mostly preferred for brunch.
Bagels: Bagels are suitable for brunch as well. You could use any type of spread to enable it to be filling. Some spreads to try are cream cheese, margarine, etc.
Some great drinks to have with brunch includes coffee, tea, fruit juice, smoothies, lemonade, etc. You could also put some sausages or bacon on your brunch as seen in the images above.
