I visited Kaza Rice, a restaurant located at VI that sells mainly rice dishes from around the world. Their space is neat, small and comfortable. I was a bit confused on what to get so I asked one of the staff to recommend a meal. She recommended the Hot Mandi Rice and Smoked Chicken – an Arabian dish.
MEAL
The Mandi rice was served with two sauces – the Mandi sauce and Pepper sauce. If you want your meal spicy, it’s best to pair with the pepper sauce but if you’re going for simple and delicious, the Mandi sauce will do it for you. The rice without pairing with any sauce was also tasty. Both combos with the rice were nice, but I enjoyed the Mandi sauce so much that the Chef @kefahaboalshamlat gave me another plate on the house. The roasted chicken, oh my goodness! It was well seasoned and very tender! I kept nodding my head throughout the entire meal. They also sell shawarma and other meals.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
I’ll definitely be visiting again to try other meals. Kudos to @kefahaboalshamlat and @kaza_rice. If you’re a sucker for rice and would like to try out different varieties, you should definitely visit this spot.
