I stopped by at Arami Café in Surulere, a really nice and lowkey brunch spot on the mainland. Their space is quite small and cozy perfect for a relaxing breakfast or brunch. Despite the scorching noon heat in their outdoor area, the indoor ambiance compensates with its warmth and charm. They also have board games which also makes it a perfect spot for meetings and hangouts.
MEAL
I opted for the Pancake Party from their menu, which comprises of fluffy, golden-brown pancakes adorned with a delightful combination of maple syrup and sliced bananas. Alongside the pancakes, the savory companions-crispy bacon, perfectly fried eggs, succulent sausages, flavorful baked beans, and toasted bread—were well done and added layers of satisfaction to the meal. Each component was prepared with care and attention to flavor, resulting in a thoroughly enjoyable and filling dining experience.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
The Pancakes were heavenly. I now have a soft spot for it. It was a delightful experience and I’ll most likely visit again when next I’m in the neighborhood.
