I stopped by at Code One Restaurant, a fast food restaurant for a quick lunch. Their space is sort of cute and simple with basic decoration.

MEAL

Based on recommendations by one of the staff, I settled for one portion of Code One Special Rice and Fried Peppered Chicken. Apparently, this happens to be their best seller. The rice had a strong smokey taste which I liked but the flavor was bland. Although the rice was well garnished with chunks of chicken, fried plantains, sausages and veggies, just a little bit of spices here and there would have made it better. The peppered chicken was spicy and tender. I enjoyed it.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE

The meal could have been better. There is room for improvement
