I recently visited this fast food spot in Ikeja called Kobis Foods. It is a pretty cool space where you can dine in or grab lunch for takeout. I was pleased to see that parking was available because it made my visit hassle-free. The interior was similar to that of Chicken Republic but more colorful. Kobis Foods has a branch in Lekki, Apapa, and Oregun; if you stay around those axes, you should be on the lookout for Kobis Foods.
MEAL
After looking at the food options they had available, I decided to try out their Jollof rice, moi-moi, and chicken. I must say that I was not disappointed with my choice. The Jollof rice was well-cooked and tasty. The moi-moi was also quite enjoyable, and the chicken was cooked and fried to perfection. Overall, I would rate this meal a 7.5/10.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
While the food was great, I did notice that the customer service could be improved. However, despite this, the fast food spot is a great place with affordable meal options. If you are looking for a quick, affordable meal in Ikeja, I recommend you try this spot. There was no menu available, and takeaway was free; that’s rare these days.
