I’ve passed this spot a couple of times and heard Norma by The Banjos in Lekki gives the best suya experience so I decided to finally give them a try. I found out the spot is a “24 hours” open spot and they have a really wide menu. They have a few chairs but I recommend pickup or item delivery to your home. The chairs in this space are for when you have to wait for your order.
MEAL
You know me, I like to try everything so I ordered the Mixed Suya + Sausage Shawarma , Beef Suya and Zobo. The wait time was about 10minutes, which was fair. The Beef suya was spicy, tender and tasty. The Shawarma was extremely delicious, creamy and juicy. It had a mix of beef and chicken suya which was well seasoned. I didn’t understand why I had to pay extra ₦500 to have one sausage added to my shawarma, so it is ₦500 per sausage; quite costly. Although the zobo had a bit of sweet taste, it was more sour than sweet. There were bits of ice in it and I liked it. It’s best to take the Zobo it when it’s chilled or else it would slap you back to reality.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
I loved everything I had particularly the Shawarma. The customer service with great and the wait time was fair for what I ordered.
