I am still very much enjoying Mango season especially with all the species and variations of Mango that exist. Today I’ll be sharing with you one of my favourite smoothie recipes and all you need is a good Blender and very few ingredients for this indulgent drink.
Sometimes, you just want something quick, refreshing, and good for you without spending hours in the kitchen. That’s exactly what this 5-minute mango-banana smoothie delivers. It’s creamy, tropical, and naturally sweet. Plus, it only takes one appliance to make – my high-speed blender, which I genuinely think every kitchen needs.
Whether you’re starting your day or looking for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, this smoothie has become one of my favorite go-to recipes. And if you’re in the market for a powerful blender that can handle frozen fruit and ice without breaking a sweat, I’ve linked the one I use here you can even score it at a great price!
1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
1 ripe banana
1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
½ cup milk of your choice
1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
A handful of ice cubes
Add all ingredients into your blender, starting with the liquids to help it blend smoothly.
Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Taste and tweak – add more milk if too thick, or more honey if you want it sweeter.
Pour into glasses, garnish with a slice of fruit if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy immediately.
It’s healthy and loaded with vitamin C and potassium.
You only need one appliance—less mess, less stress.
It keeps me full and energized for hours.
It’s the perfect base for fun add-ins: spinach, chia seeds, or even a scoop of protein powder.
Whether you’re a smoothie beginner or a seasoned blender pro, this mango-banana blend is a simple yet satisfying recipe that never fails. Bookmark it, tweak it to your taste, and let it become a staple in your wellness routine. Here is another Mango recipe I have tried.
