I stopped at Folixx Bukka Lagos the other day, and let me tell you, they serve one of the tastiest local Jollof rice I’ve had.

While I was waiting for my order, I noticed that the service at Flolixx Bukka Lagos was a bit slow due to the high volume of customers on that busy day. However, the staff remained courteous and did their best to accommodate everyone.

MEAL

The menu at Folixx Bukka Lagos is primarily focused on Rice, spaghetti, beans, and swallow dishes. For my meal, I ordered 2 portions of Village Jollof Rice, 1 portion of Plantain, Chicken, and a cold canned Coke.

Starting with the Village Rice, I must say it was a delightful experience. The rice was cooked perfectly and had a rich, flavorful taste that truly captured the essence of the village-style cooking. Moving on to the Chicken, I found it to be okay. While it was cooked adequately, it didn’t have any standout flavors or unique seasoning that would make it exceptional.

The food was nicely presented and served instantly after being microwaved. Though, this made the service faster. However, it compromised the overall freshness of the food.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE

Overall, my experience at Folixx Restaurant was satisfactory. The standout dish was definitely the Village Jollof Rice, which offered a delicious and authentic flavor. However, the service was slightly slow, and the limited menu options may not cater to those seeking a diverse range of choices. If you’re in the mood for fast food and crave a taste of well-prepared Village Rice, Folixx Restaurant might be worth a visit. You can watch a video of my experience here.
