I stopped by Poutine Lagos recently and I had the pleasure of trying a range of delicious dishes. Let me share the highlights.
MEAL
I started with the Baddie Bubu, a mouthwatering combination of pulled Goat meat, crispy Yam Fries, and a flavorful pepper sauce. The Yam Fries were perfectly cooked, boasting a satisfying crunch while retaining a tender interior. The pulled Goat, stir-fried with vibrant red, green, and yellow peppers, created a delightful medley of flavours. A drizzle of sriracha added a hint of spice, elevating the dish to a whole new level.
Next, I sampled the Canadian Classic, which was my least favourite. It is apparently one of their best sellers but it just did not hit the spot for me.

I also tried the Vybz Kartel, a delightful combination of Plantain and Potato Fries alongside tender Beef Fillet and succulent Chicken Thighs. They also offer a range of other delicious dishes.
I tried the Creamy Seafood Pasta at Poutine Restaurant Lagos, and it was really good. The king prawns were cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with flavour. What truly enhanced the dining experience was the small and cozy space that offered a breathtaking view of the waterside. It was the perfect setting to enjoy the scrumptious food.
I enjoyed a refreshing Fanta drink mid-meal and later had a chilled bottle of water to wash it down at the end of the meal.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
The meal at Poutine Lagos was really nice and I enjoyed the experience; I look forward to returning for more menu delights. Moreover, the creamy seafood pasta stole my heart. You can watch a video of my experience here.
