Since discovering the beauty of creamy pasta, decided to try out Creamy Tomato Spinach Pasta with chicken bits, prawn and of course mushrooms. The process is not that different from this pasta recipe shared here but I made this more spicy.
This is how to make this version of creamy tomato spinach pasta.
Creamy Tomato Spinach Pasta Sauce
|1/2 seasoning cubes|
3 Teaspoons minced Garlic
Sliced red bell pepper
|Any pasta of choice. I used Spaghetti|
½ medium onion, sliced
Thinly cut chicken pieces
2 Habanero peppers (sliced) & tomatoes
I truly enjoyed experimenting and preparing this. It was ridiculously delicious and spicy too.
I realised from a recent poll on our Instagram page that a number of followers were not into creamy pasta because it did not have ‘pepper’ or would be too cheesy and creamy for them aka too fatty; and most preferred having a tomato base. Well then, this is the best of both worlds. I intentionally did not add in grated cheese in it but I’m sure it would not have tasted badly too.
You can simply grate some pasta over your served and plated meal.
