I’m about to unveil the ultimate cheesecake recipe! In my opinion, the fact that it’s super easy to make and tastes so yummy makes it perfect for every sweet tooth. Whether you’re a baking novice or a pro, this recipe would leave everyone wanting some more.

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham crackers/ice cream cones/vanilla wafers/shortbread cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Your favorite fruit topping (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker (or whatever substitute you choose) crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are wet and stick together.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased cake pan to make the crust.
- In another bowl, use a spoon or electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and continue mixing until everything is well blended.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently stir in the sour cream until it’s mixed in but don’t overmix.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cake pan, making sure it spreads out evenly.
- Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still slightly wobbly.
- Take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool down to room temperature. Then, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When you’re ready to serve, carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate.
