Here are some biggest food markets in Lagos where you can get foodstuffs:
Mile 12 Market: Mile 12 is the fruit and vegetable market. Local farmers consider this market the outlet for their farm produce. You would find any fruits and vegetables here at cheap and affordable rates. Mile 12 market is also a great place to get yams, potatoes, etc.
Mushin Market: Idi Oro is located in Mushin, the market is famous for the sales of Plantain and Garri (cassava flour). These farm produce are brought fresh from farms across Nigeria.
Oyingbo Market: Oyingbo is the market to find spices and ingredients like ogbonno, crayfish, grounded pepper, ponmo, oporopo, and ugwu. This market is the headquarters for local spices and ingredients.
Iddo Market: This is the market for you to get groundnut, palm oil, legumes, etc. It is a bit after the Oyingbo market.
Seafood Markets: If you ever need to get fresh fish, your go-to market is Ijora or Makoko market. If you need crabs, snails, or alligators, your go-to market is Epe.
